That is exactly my case when i got gcms notes in may, but now after almost 2 months there was next update on june 16, E-Grant Grant Review Ready. And due date now mentioned is July 17, i think by then somwthing should happeneans file may be reviewed by then.
It was security clearance for me too in May, but now after june 16, no update in secyrity clearance section, thats hidden still, it was hidden in may 13 gcms noess as well as in notes of July 5. But hoping its clear now
I received my GCMS notes a few days ago, and based on the history items, I was in E-Grant Grant Review Ready after my test was marked completed and before the rest of the items except oath were marked Completed (my status since then is E-Grant Ceremony Ready). I guess that means the rest of your items are ready for review (Physical presence, Language, Prohibitions), when an immigration officer gets around to looking at your file again.
FWIW these are the statuses in my history:

when my file was sent from CPC Sydney to Niagara Falls IRCC: In Transit
when Niagara Falls received my file: Registry
when scheduled for test: E-Grant Test Ready
after test was marked completed: E-Grant Grant Review Ready
after Physical presence, Language, Prohibitions market completed: E-Grant Ceremony Ready

When they request copy of your passport....is it only the biometrics page and visas, or the entire book with every airport travel stamp and also blank pages?
I don't know how to update the tracker. Can someone update the tracker for my following updates.

Update : After a long silence since 26 Jan 2022 since the passed test. Today Old e-cas shows the decision made. The new tracker shows completed all except Citizenship ceremony --> Not started.

The next section with Assigned By and Assigned To fields is ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENTS, the latest ones (Eligibility - Prohibitions and Eligibility - Language) with Assigned By: C8135 and Assigned To: RC-8090 and Status Date: 2022/06/10 and Due Date: 2022/09/19. Same thing for #4 on the list (Eligibility - Residence) and same Assigned By: and Assigned To: for #3 (Eligibility - Knowledge) except Status Date: 2022/03/03 and Due Date: 2022/03/01
in the CRIMINALITY section, the same Assigned By: C8135 and Assigned To: RC-8090 show, but Due Date is 2021/12/08 and Status Updated Date is 2022/02/21
The PAPER FILE TRANSFER is where I see the E-Grant Grant Review Ready status for HISTORY: 2 and it says
