My BG check was completed without any fingerprints requested. Is this a normal case?

I don't think everyone gets a fingerprint request. My BG was was completed in January and I've not received a request to submit my fingerprints.

Almost three months have passed since I successfully passed citizenship test. Background check is still in process. I applied in June 2021, paper applicant. Not sure what to do, very disheartened.

Hang in there, this will be over sooner or later.

I'm a June applicant too and haven't heard anything since January after my Background verification was completed. And now waiting for my test invite.

Did you try giving call IRCC and ask for status.

My timeline is almost similar to you where results were sent on same date mar 28 and today morning IRCC confirmed that results were entered in system today.

May be status is same for you too. You may check calling IRCC

Email invite usually comes about a week before the Oath date.

exam completed on Feb 28. No update after that. A friend of mine is a Sep 2020 applicant. Exam completed in Oct 2021. No update for him as well.

Can cic make a decision for only one family members after he passed his test , and the other family member still wait to retake the test ?

Hi Guys. I have a question, would appreciate your feedback.

Recently I accepted an employment offer outside Canada, the date of joining is 1st week of June 2022. My wife and I completed our test on Jan 17th and background was completed for both of us on Jan 31st. No action since then.



I am at peace with the assumption that I won’t have the oath invite and passport before I leave and we will have to come back whenever it happens.

Do you think I need to notify IRCC that I am moving out of the country (change of address through webform) or I simply change my address (by proving a friends address) without telling that I am taking employment outside Canada?
