I send via UPS it says left at receiver. but no any signature or receivers name.

since march, no signature, to avoid contagion, even if we paid for it

I will be mailing an application on Monday for a Citizenship and PR card, I am very skeptical about using Canada post because of all the delays they are experiencing.
