I think I'll send both an opened transcript and signed and sealed (unopened) transcript. They can choose to use whatever they like.

for Q13: Student and employemnt visas, yes! I think you have to declare them. Visitor Visas, no since they are called non-immigrant visas. That questin only asks for immigrant visas you held during your eligibility period.

Martin, does it mean that if i had temporary work visa in 2013-2014 it is not concerned? My eleigibility period is 04/07/2015-04/07/2020. It is not specified in the application form. I read it as "ever".

Sorry, it has to be ALL iimigrant visas you ever held.

I send via UPS it says left at receiver. but no any signature or receivers name.

Since nova Scotia has only 2 active cases and business are reopening so as government that's why we are seeing people name on the courier receipt

The important thing is that your package has been received! I only know who signed my package just because I paid extra for it. It's really not something to fret over
