Hi, I need to contact IRCC and confirm the time for my citizenship ceremony. I have looked through my Citizenship notice and it says (timezone) and at the very bottom it says (city or province). What is the number to contact them? Also the email they gave me in the contact says GenericEmailAccount. It seems too generic? Anyway I can't find the number on the IRCC webform so was wondering if anyone could share it with me. Thank you

You should see the email to contact them at 3rd page(before the page "Steps to take BEFORE the video oath ceremony").
What do you mean by "at the very bottom it says (city or province)". Its the affirmation form which you will be sending after signing it after the oath is complete.
What are you trying to ask?
Hi, I am little confused on the recent updates I have for my citizenship application. Can someone tell if this is normal? I had decision made on ECAS up until March, changed back to in progress on March 24. Today it changed back to decision made.
File sent - June 14, 2020
AOR - Nov 2020
Test completed - October 2021
Decision Made - November 2021
In Progress again - March 24, 2022
Decision Made - April 7, 2022

BG check expired and re-checked.
Background check was just completed in Oct 2021, it was not done before. This is based on Citizenship Tracker
Hi guys,
My oath ceremony is scheduled for April 12th, yay!
I have not received the instructions yet, and am getting nervous about that. My wife did not receive it either.
I am trying to understand who to contact for support on this and can't figure it out. Can someone please help me with this? Is there a phone number I can call to get the instructions sent to my email?
Thanks!

The email on that page is Generic Email
Account@cic.gc.ca and the address is Office Address. Is this right? What I want to know is what timezone is for my ceremony, this is what is states: 2022-04-21(yyyy/mm/dd) at 1:00PM (Timezone) (Canada). What TImezone do they mean? Yes the affirmation form states CITY, PROVINCE, CANADA-is that how it is supposed to be? It is seeming a bit to0 general in my opinion.

Timezone: For me it is mentioned as MST.
Email: I do see actual email as
IRCC........@cic.gc.ca.
Last page form: Yes its generic template and we just need to fill the detail of the city and province. So its ok.
May be some problem in the automated program which sends the email which missed the timezone and email. Submit webform explaining the situation.

Do you at least have zoom link? if so then at least in the worst case you can log in the morning and wait if in case webform response is delayed.
Update: certificates received today, 10 days after file was closed online and two weeks after oath finally this journey is over.
Hello, anyone else having issues logging into
cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca. ? it suddenly shows bad gateway and need to check timezone in my browser. I used chrome, IE, cleared cookies and cache, timezone is correct and same problem. it's been like that for 2 days now.
