I have a family app. We are approximately 4 months in DM status. Still no oath. My application is in Peel region. Is this common? Is there anything I can do apart from waiting.

I waited 5.5 months after DM. Between 3-6 months these days is normal.

If one year has passed since the first BG check, then yes.

June 29th 2021. I am hoping not to submit FPs again in case oath is not done by then.

I think you are safe if you have been waiting 4 months already for the oath.
