Have you checked the status on eCAS?
Some members have reported seeing updates there even though they haven't received an AOR.

As suggested above, check eCAS to see if they have entered your application in their system.
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en
Also, your PR does not expire, only your PR card does.

Yes, I did check on eCAS using the PR Card # and the Unique Client ID but no luck :(

Not sure what is the best course of action here as just waiting is not helping :) I might give them a call again sometime towards end of Feb to see if there is any progress.

Try with receipt number as well, if not then give them another call.

Up to you when you want to call, but if there is still nothing after that, I'd say reapply asap, might want to consider doing it online. Sorry this happened to you.

Seen on a Facebook group one guy sent his application in April 2020 and today had his test done! And as he mentioned the application was a normal not the urgent processing.
