Updated. Next steps are for your application to go in process and for them to do background checks. It's not possible to link to your myCIC account.

Finally received my AOR this morning!! Sheet has been updated. Was delivered June 2, 2020.

This should be ok if you plan on sending the same application again ( version 2018). Add a well explained LOE pointing out the difference.
If IRCC told you that the date you sign your physical presence calculator can still be used for your application then yes send the same application. If they did not say anything like that, I will suggest filling out the latest version.
