My application got returned today. The return letter was dated October 30th. The letter said that Section 4 was incomplete.
I went to the highlighted section and they had injected a page there from the 2019 application version and highlighted it as incomplete even though I had sent a 2018 version (which is acceptable) and had answered the question...

My application was received June 15th. The "incomplete" question was the prohibitions question (q16). In the 2019 version, you have to tick Yes or No to each condition but in the 2018 version, they list them all in a paragraph and then you tick either "None of these situations" or "One of these situations" and then provide and explanation. It just so happened that they had stapled my application in such a way that when I checked "none", it went in the paper crease and the agent might have missed it, so they put in the page from the 2019 application and deemed it incomplete.

That's messed up. Maybe you should return your application with an explanation letter.
But if I recall correctly, you thought your application would be returned because of the pictures not being the right size or not being stamped or something similar. Were they fine?

Surprisingly the photos were accepted XD I am thinking to highlight the completed answer and send it back as is with a LOE, even if it's still dated for June.
