Hello to all!

I have a concern on my gcms notes. Can someone here tell me if this is something I should be worried about? Or is there someone here who have the same that was written in the notes like this? I need you expertise here Sir @legalfalcon. I am starting to panic. Thank you!

There is no need to panic.

A39 - 41 refers to the inadmissibility based on financial reasons, misrepresentation or non-compliance with IRPA.

All applications have to go though A39-A41, but it will depend on the officer based on the circumstances of the application where a specific check is required or not.

I applied under CEC. But my representative told me that POF of $2000 is already enough. Do you think this non compliance thing refers to my POF? Thank you very much again and thank you for sending/facilitating my gcms notes order on time! I always order my notes from you.

If you apply under CEC you do not have to provide a PoF and you can explain it in the LoE that you are exempt from PoF.

Who does not need proof of funds
You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family if

• you’re applying under the Canadian Experience Class or
• you’re authorized to work in Canada and you have a valid job offer, even if you apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trades Program

Keep your funds up to date in your profile. The system may find that you’re eligible for more than 1 program. You don’t always know ahead of time which program you’ll be invited under.

I got a ghost update and called IRCC, he confirmed that my criminality and info sharing finally passed! I'm in waiting for final decision boat now.

I have a question. My closed WP expired earlier this month and I got BOWP now. Do I need to let IRCC know about it? Or my BOWP will be connected to my PR application automatically?

You do not need to inform IRCC that your BOWP is approved, since when a FOSS check is done, IRCC will be aware of your status in Canada and the visa you are on.

Hello @legalfalcon . Good morning.I have got my copr letter today but need to apply for pr card and currently my work permit application is also submitted. I have informed my employeer to withdraw the application. Is it required to withdraw or IRCc will do it from their end . Please confirm..
