Our AOR June 12, 2020 (I'm trying to start a habit of writing a year after the AOR date and month, I honestly feel like I'm passing 1 year after the AOR mark without IRCC making the decision on my application).
December, January, February, March and now April (5 months) - all those months my application on Final Stage. Everything passed - confirmed by 4 calls since December 2020, just need one person at the secondary office to do his/her magic...
I really thought I would refrain from words like "Frustration", but I really have no idea what else to say.
"All fine, just wait" - last 4 responses in 5 months from the IRCC phone agents...

At least you were passed everything. My security even hasn’t started yet. June 6

Hi, are you an FSW candidate and did you receive your COPR yet?

I am a CEC candidate. I haven't received COPR yet, my criminality is still is progress last time I called, and I have to call IRCC on Monday to figure out what the ghost update was about. Everything else passed.

SP10734 here as well. I got a ghost update today, and hoping for the best. I'm just seeing the message, so I'll have to call IRCC on Monday to know what it is about.

Finally got a chance to call IRCC, so my Criminality has now passed as well (Eligibility and Security were already passed previously). So, I guess I'm on the "Ready to finalize" line as well. When I called IRCC, the very helpful agent said that the reason I saw an update on my file was because an officer made some changes to it, and the reason behind this update was my Criminality has been passed, and that now I have to wait for an officer to give me the next steps.

Here's the timeline just in case anyone is wondering:
AOR: June 9, 2020
MEP/BIL: June 24, 2020
Late September, 2020: Eligibility Recommended Passed (no ghost update)
Late October, 2020: Eligibility Conclusively Passed and Security Passed (ghost update)
November 5, 2020: Biometrics provided - updated on the system the same day
April 16, 2021: Ghost update (but couldn't call as call centres were not open at the time of me finding it)
April 19, 2021: Criminality Passed Confirmed

I did not receive COPR...But I received READY FOR VISA email on Friday to submit passports and photos within next 30 days. I am CEC Outland(AOR - 27th June).

For me, I downloaded TextMe. you'll have to pay a little bit but it assigns you a canadian number and you can call to IRCC that way.
