Please see my timeline below:

AOR - June 17th
Medicals passed - August 5th
Biometircs completed - October 17th
RPRF Request - October 29th (paid and lawyer uploaded on November 3rd)

I am using a lawyer and part of the retainer agreement says I cant contact IRCC for anything, except through them. is anyone here in the same boat like me? What do I do?

Hey congrats, but what do you mean by "background check completed"?
Did you see an update on your profile saying "background check completed", or did IRCC tell you that when you called them?

It updated on the online application when COPR came through, we checked it last Saturday and it still said the background check was in process but once it updated yesterday the background check updated at the same time as passed
