I received an ADR for IMM5406 today (August 18, 2020). It's really strange as I am single and no one is accompanying me to Canada. I have not received any updates regarding medicals or BIL. The UCI number has changed from the temporary one to my UCI and it shows my previous biometric enrollment. I am a little concerned about my medicals as I received grade B for having several surgeries back home. I will wait and see for 2 days if I get any updates for my medicals and BIL. I have already filled IMM5406 and uploaded it. As per my knowledge, my parents or my siblings don't need to fill IMM5406 as they are technically not my family members as per IRCC's definition. Correct me if I am wrong.

I don't go by IP or IP2 as its is mere speculation. If your BGC status changed, then it indicates that your security may have started, completed. Any movement is a good sign.

Checked with an agent just a few minutes ago. Apparently, they have my medicals on the file and the CPC (Sydney in my case) will eventually disclose the outcome of it. I hope it's nothing serious. As I said, it feels really weird to have an ADR without any update on medicals or BIL.
I have been asked to fill IMM5406e Additional Family Details. One question I have with regards to that form is that do we need to fill in parents' details even if they are not accompanying us?
What's your status now? Have you submitted the document and got your MEDs and BIL? I am in a similar situation now and I already submitted IMM5406. Still waiting for an update on MEDS and BIL.
