Wait until it reopens. It's clear on IRCC's website. You should see your medical update in a few hours or a day. Good luck.

ITA: April 15th
AOR: June 5th
MEP/BIL: July 28th (Biometric completed July 30th)

So I got an update on 13th August, the "current status" was "updated", and when I clicked in full application status, the"Latest update" was still MEP (Review of medical results - July 28, 2020: You passed the medical exam.) However, the "Background check" part has changed to "Your application is in progress" ( before it had been "We're processing your application").

Can someone please tell me is it false or real IP1? or just a ghost update?

I don't go by IP or IP2 as its is mere speculation. If your BGC status changed, then it indicates that your security may have started, completed. Any movement is a good sign.

Yesterday I got my medicals passed and BIL, today I received what seems to be a ghost update.. It says "your action is required" 3 hours later, nothing has changed in my account..

No request to submit additional documents.

Does anyone know what I should expect?

Yeah, same with me I got my MEP and BIL yesterday and now it says 'your action required'. But when I go in and check there is nothing.

Most probably it would be a request to do the RCMP check....
