Why will he say eligibility is in progress and later say is passed are they not looking through our application to give correct information ?

I was not lucky like you, my agent didn't want to talk much. He only mentioned "your application is going well and everything is in progress". I have to ask him again my eligibility, security and criminality and he mentioned they are in progress but security. I asked again and he said eligibility is passed, that's all. Poor me.

While some agents are really nice and helpful, there are some who are not.

They didn't really want to loop deeply into your profile until you asked them again and again. My previous agent was very nice, she told me everything I need.
