The temporary UCI number will change to a regular UCI number after the application crosses the R10 Completeness Check stage. Eligibility Review will be the next step.

So in the above case candidate says Eligibility- currently valid and security- Not initiated. So does it mean currently valid is advanced stage of NOT INITIATED or both terms are pretty much same??

In this case since Security has not been initiated, Eligibility is valid could be that it's recommended pass by an analyst/assistant or passed by an officer. Security Screening starts after Eligibility Review is Passed. There is no associated validity if a process has not been initiated.

I got an update on 13th August, the "current status" was "updated", and when I clicked in full application status, the"Latest update" was still MEP (Review of medical results - July 28, 2020: You passed the medical exam.) However, the "Background check" part has changed to "Your application is in progress" ( before it had been "We're processing your application").

2) Once you pay the GCMS fee on getgcms.com website, do they send you a pre-filled form that you need to sign?
