1)When did you submit the GCMS request and how long did it take?
2) Once you pay the GCMS fee on getgcms.com website, do they send you a pre-filled form that you need to sign?

The trend these days is about 2-3 weeks though the law allows for 30 days to obtain Gcms Notes from here

Yes you will receive a prefilled consent form that you can either hand sign or electronically sign as well

Submitted on 18th Aug.
And yes they do send a pre-filled form for you to print, sign and scan.
