- AOR - June 14, 2019
- Medical passed on July 22, 2019
- Procedural Fairness on September 30, 2019 - ( concerns you may not have been performing the duties of the NOC claimed since the beginning of your claimed CDN work experience)
- Request Letter on October 10, 2019 ( Ask to fill travel history form, and copy from MASc transcript)


Hi, I applied for the PR in the last June 2019 and received a procedural fairness letter. The letter says that I may not have been performing the duties of the NOC claimed since the beginning of your claimed CDN work experience. I was just given 7 days to provide more docs, then I've submitted all requested docs the next day.

After 10 days from issuing the Procedural Fairness, I've received a letter request to provide more docs

I am terrified about my PR CEC application.

Do you think the additional request letter which was issued after Procedural Fairness will be cleared the officer's concern about my NOC duties?

atleast you got PFL ... otherwise some officers just don't give you chance ... give as much proof as much you can.. from your job etc try to prove your point clearly ... what more docs were requested after 10days ?

For PFL, the officer asked to provide these following docs:

1- Orginal Employment letter prior to the beginning of my job
2- All paystubs
3- Notice of Assessment NOA
4- T4 tax form

I've submitted all the above docs with others more docs as follow:

- Company health card / Company card / new supporting letter from my manager / around 50 emails from the company email showing my daily tasks/pictures from the workplace.

Then after I've sent these docs, a week later a new letter request to send these ones:
- Fill travel form history (IMM 5562)
- Send a copy of my master's degree transcript.

Also, I was given again 7 days to submit the 2nd ADR docs. Now I'm not sure what will happen?

Second ADR is completely normal .. most of the people are asked to provide.. with the docs you provided.. the officer should be convinced enough... don't worry.. Good luck

not yet..............But I ordered GCMS notes and found that CIC misunderstood my profile. so I submitted an explaniation letter throught webform. I think it is usfuel to order GCMS notes.
