errr... my app was delivered on june 4th, but still no AOR yet, should i be concerned?

No, you should not. Average processing time is 12 months as per IRCC website, and each person's application goes through at its own pace.
Look at the spreadsheet and note many May and even April applicants haven't yet received AoR.

We just have to be patient

Not yet, I guess once our files are in process we are able to access to ecas.
