I have the same IP2 date but my AOR is May 19.

Happy to welcome one more member to our ark Whether AOR is June or otherwise, as long as the IP2 date is the same, we’re in this together Do let us know if you figure out (through call, GCMS notes or by emailing Ralph Goodale) what stage your eligibility, security and criminality are at. Most of us with Oct 26 IP2 date are stuck at Criminality passed and Security not yet started ;(

Dude... this is only one part of wait... there has been a tragedy in my family and now wife is stuck post that because her card has yet to come and once its here i fly from canada snd get her back.. so everyone has problem... once this done waiting for pr card is another pain

Can you not call IRCC explain the problem and apply for a PR Travel Card.

There are other workarounds too, if you have a US visa, you can come out to USA via land and travel, come back to USA and go in back. There are specific instructions.

Please evaluate these options depnding on your urgency.

Thanks for the offer of assistance. Surely will nock you once copr is granted. We decided to move into Ottawa, if possible we will land in Ottawa in december, can you suggest any geographical area near downtown with access to public transport where 1 bedroom apartment rent is around 1000 CAD?

I called it sob story because I have been sitting approved but no ppr mail for the past 1 month and in another 15 days I will finish my 6 months mark

I have many highly paid job opportunites but unable to take new job now with ppr is so near. Wanted to move out of my current home but no point of moving now if I am leaving the country soon. Ticket price will be almost double in January compared to december. Most importantly my wife want to get pregnant by January in Canada after settling down but now it seems we have to wait more. And many other personal and professional problems we are unable to solve with this uncertainty! If we were in SS we would have planned our lives based on that waiting time but now we really don't know when we are going to land. Every month in uncertainty is creating more pressure in life.

Hope this ends soon

Gajab Planning . Hats off for your honesty for letting us know your plans. Indeed its impacting all of us.. the uncertainty is ever mounting. I understand the situation you are in, its difficult to cope up. Hope you get the PPR soon... for all of us.

We really can't predict Sid. For ex Australia used to give 700 invitations every fortnight or month I don't remember. But these days only 300 monthly and that too not regularly. Rules are changing there. The next govt that's going to rule from next Yr may not be on the same page as previous govt. Fear of uncertainty has seeped in hard mate. Difficult to ignore

They (Oz) are giving ~ 2000 a month at present, it was around 1500-2500 every fortnight in 2017 (till sep.) . Where CAN is inviting ~4000 in 15 days... Huge difference. And they are going to continue till 2021 now

Only people like me and sandy who are waiting for no reason can understand the pain. It’s unexplainable how it feels as we are stuck since last 5 months and people from July aug and sep are already having their share of happiness. Waiting for tables to turn soon.

My opinion for approved cases is a bit different. As I have said before, knowing its approved is some kind of relief, but yes, not getting PPR is treacherous and demand uncertainty. You guys can start packing (start notice etc. if its ~3 months ) if you are landing in Jan (as per plan). tickets are obviously going to cost you more but cant help that.
