Hello - I am happy to report that I received my PPR this morning at 04:11 am IST. People from the October 15/16 IP2 batch - Please do check your e-mails, junk folders as well (although - I received it in my primary folder on Gmail)

My timeline is in my signature, but, putting it down here as well:

Although it’s been slightly delayed, it’s been satisfying.

I wrote the Minister Ralph Goodale about my application status and got the response below:

Dear ××××××× - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received June 3, 2018. It is in Kiev.

Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.


Congratulations – the file was approved Oct 26, 2018.

You will receive notification and instructions in the coming weeks.

Medicals are valid until June 5, 2019.

03:30 AM IST is 05:00 PM Ottawa Time (after the change in clock for the winter). The call centre works from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM their time, if I’m not wrong.
