Received today my 3 pair of notes nothing have changed since first ones issued in July quite depressing

thats true... excahneg rates are locked... so there is more to story.. don trust what people just write... because it is human nature to hide facts which shows your weakness

I have seen many Notes from applicant on this forum where its clearly mention AOR date as locked date for that application.
and even IRCC couldn't give the straight away rejection without asking ADR or clarification from our end.

true they are locked i can vouch for that because a guy in our office just now go it ... i think may month... and his thing was locked at 52.11 somethin from india... now it is 56.somethin/.. iof that was case his would have been denied

how much he was showing in pof ? It might be possible he would have shown much more than 12.5k so that even after depreciation his amount would have stayed above 12.5k.

I wrote the Minister Ralph Goodale about my application status and got the response below:

Dear ××××××× - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received June 3, 2018. It is in Kiev.

Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.


Congratulations – the file was approved Oct 26, 2018.

You will receive notification and instructions in the coming weeks.

Medicals are valid until June 5, 2019.

IP2 was 25th October. It means the file was approved the following day after the IP2 update. Base on the feedback from the minister, when can I expect to get the PPR mail?

Did you receive ghost update on 26th? When was your IP2? Did you know your visa office is kiev?

No. I never received any ghost update. IP2 was on the 25th Oct. From my GCMS notes, I found out my file which was originally at London VO, was transferred to Kiev.

I WISH I HAVE HAD BETTER Update but seems that they haven't touched my profile since July 6..so it is heartbreakingwith this speed im assured that i will fall into 20 percent who application takes longer than 6 monthsI'm like really upset and heartbroken
