Ummmm.. I shared some similar PoF docs.. would you please explain in detail what exactly is required and what had you submitted?
Ya
Before you move any further they need to accept what you provided as part of that ADR
For now just make sure you provide that in time and they accept it before worrying about end state.
There should be a specific message for your additional documents as well.
Ya it is
Thanks
You're in IP1

Patel ben,
Ensure that you get the letter from the bank, should include a statement that funds are available immediately if you liquidate your FD
I got mine when I moved to IP2. Seems some people get it at random times.
Thanks.
I got AOR a month ago, MEP July 1st and I'm currently in IPi1

I got mine randomly like two weeks after MEP / IP1 (still stuck there since june 22nd) so I guess that's part of the step of the "messing with your mind" process hahaha

What do you mean by specific info or stats? My application will end up at London VO too, as I reside in Denmark. I've done some exploring on immitracker, and luckily for us, and unfortunately for others, it seems a big part of the delay is discrimination based on nationality and country of residence. London VO handles Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Afganistan. It seems like residents and nationals from these countries and others more often get picked out for security screening. If you sort on immitracker for residents and nationals of UK, it very rarely takes above 6 months.
Thanks. It's just that I read a lot of bad review here about London VO - like it's black hole etc etc, so wanted to check if there's any known issues.
I'm more than glad to have to you in the same boat though!!

hello guys,
just a query is it so that people who pay their RPRF fees during submission of documents have a good chance of getting PPR soon?
yes, otherwise they have to send you an ADR for RPRF fee and move on with other applications and by the time you submit the fee its queued up again with other ADR's before yours. i think it delays the entire process by a couple of weeks.
Hey guys, this is my current status:
AOR June 16.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. (
this changed yesterday)
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made
I think it is the first time it went to Background check, do you guys know where I'm at, and I know it is unpredictable, but how much more would it probably take?
Thank you and I wish the best for all of us!
A personal question, you can decide to ignore it. It is very surprising for me to see a person with UK citizenship want to leave UK permanently! What made you to leave UK and move to Canada? As far as I know UK has stronger economy, stronger presence in the world politics, social benefits and pays better. As a citizen of a sub continent country I would happily take UK citizenship over Canadian one. I am really curious to know, please don't mind.
As Ronja5200 brilliantly put, there are different kind of immigrants. I'm definitely adventurous sort as well who wants to play across the pond and take the challenge of starting a fresh. UK citizens rank 4th in terms of nationalities that immigrate to Canada and perhaps in top 3 to Australia while a lot of Canadians move to UK and Europe at the same time. In fact, lately, a lot of US citizens have started moving to Canada. So, people are complex and have more than economical reasons.
In terms of stronger economy in UK etc, I am not sure - It is definitely one of the top economies in the world but Brexit has definitely started to bite the economy and will be a drag for years to come.
Also, a difference from a sub-continent applicant is that most Europeans can have additional nationality (so I can be both British and Canadian if I want to be) while (if I am right), countries like India doesn't allow it - so it's one way street.
