It's suggested to submit upfront but there is no concrete proof to back up that theory.
People who have done either ways have faced delays. So don't worry too much.

No one knows how long it takes. Average is six months, sometimes more, sometimes less.

They give us time limit for fund proof until 19th july

Before you move any further they need to accept what you provided as part of that ADR

For now just make sure you provide that in time and they accept it before worrying about end state.

There should be a specific message for your additional documents as well.
