Sorry to hear about your NER. Just curious about what you thought your points were and how it differed from CIO. Try to fix whatever CIO says is wrong with your app and reapply.

it takes almost 55 to 65 days to get PER , ur timeline is over i guess, see the spread sheet first & better send an e-mail to cic.
