It's all slowed down tbh, I have been waiting for 5 days now for portal 2 from Etobicoke. and now it's the long weekend, so will not hear back until much later.

Random Update!

I randomly checked GCKey Portal, and there was no obvious Update to application, however, I noticed under the application status the below msg:
Latest update:
Review of medical results - August 17, 2023:You passed the medical exam. (previously this showed Biometrics completed August 17th, 2023)
whereas, my actual Medical Passed date under the "review of Medical results" showed August 16th, 2023 and BIL was also 16th.

Note: I did not receive any Ghost Update/Email for Status update.

Does it mean anything? or was it simply another Review done on Medical results in the background?

Not yet. Maybe because mine is from Montreal. How many days did you wait from replying from Portal 1? Congratulations by the way!

Montreal takes 4-6 weeks between P1 and P2 unless one is very lucky

At any rate, I’d be optimistic about your case! There’s a pattern I’ve started to see on this forum and it seems like the people who took longer to get to the MEP stage, for example two weeks after AOR, have gotten PPR within four or five weeks of AOR, while those like me who got MEP within two days to one week of AOR have been waiting for any update nearly two months now.

Yup, it was random update without GU/Email, lets hope it was a movement towards positive outcome, instead of just a maintenance glitch, I see your Eligibility was completed way before Background, hope you get your golden email anytime now.

Hy all!! I had requested GCMS notes on 28th August!

I had a call with IRCCC agent a few days back, he told my eligibility is passed but in GCMS notes it says recommended pass. These are the points in GCMS notes, please share what you guys think about it? Will the officer review have any impact on my eligibility??

Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
