Hi All,
Application submitted: 07/20/24 - In-Canada class.
AOR: 08/15/2024
Medicals Passed: 08/30/2024
BIL: 09/18/2024
I have a question: We received the Biometrics request today, however it indicated the applicant's Indian address although we applied under In-Canada class and submitted all required documents required for In-Canada class. I have booked Biometrics appointment tomorrow. Is there anything I need to worry about? Did anyone face this situation?
What should I do in this case?
I applied on july 21
Received AOR on aug 22
No bil or medical yet
Bad luck for me

Did you get any response at all like an AOR or other things?
I have an AOR that I check online and the last update was March 2023 and that was when they said they received everything ( the biometric and medical) . Also it is an Outland application. But it's been 20 months now . It's so stressful and depressing

That sucks. I suggest contacting a member of parliament. Beyond the processsing time, which yours certainly is, they might be able to nudge it along.
And I have an immigration consultant and he still saying we just waiting for them but it's been 20 months now . I don't know what to do . Someone told me to reach out to parliament for real. And I remember when the lawyer told me that they don't like when people do that .

Seems weird. Well, one PM's website says "please reach out to us for immigration" so I think your lawyer was mistaken. Just reach out. If you want something done, sometimes you have to do it yourself.
Yes I do . And thank you I will definitely reach out to them .
