Anyone from July who hasn't received an AOR? I submitted July 29, it's been 6 weeks and nothing. Absolute crickets.

Can you send me the IRCC number pls

Hi Everyone,

I submitted my spousal inland application on July 20th, 2024, but I haven't received an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) yet. When I contacted IRCC yesterday, the agent informed me that they couldn't see my application in the system and suggested that I wait until someone processes my application, which should then make it visible in their system.

I'm feeling quite confused and concerned about this situation. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Does it say in you GCKey that you need Biometrics? Received AOR on Aug. 23 but our GCKey says that Biometrics are not required.

My file was submitted by RCIC immigration firm so they have there own gckey

In dec 2023 i had biometric for my TRV application that was valid for 10 years. M not sure do i need to get new one or no

i called my immigration firm they said ur biometric fees is paid nd u will get ur biometric request because for PR application u need to get new one

m confused here and worried also because some August applicant got biometric request but mine is dead silence after 30aug

They are correct. Your GCKey will show "You do not need biometrics" as the default until they send you the BIL. Most recent BILs we've seen on this forum were early-June applicants so for late July, it will be another 1-2 months until you get it.

Your silence if from 30th August, mine is from 15th August. Suprising to see how some get things faster and other at slower pace.
