I called 1-888-242-2100. We kind of have to listen to the recording. I think I chose option 2 for English, then option 1, and again Option 1 and then Option 0. There was a wait for about 35mins.

I am MAY applicant, got temp file no. few days ago. You don't need UCI even if sponsor does not have UCI , few other details can do the trick

What information do we need to provide to the agent to get the temp file number? I provided my (sponsor) UCI and DOB and the agent said they do not have a temp file yet. My package was delivered on July 23, 2020.

1st thing;- when your file was received at Sydney 1st date?, 1st and last name?DOB? Phone no. on file? UCI if u have?

you can only link your app after getting the AOR

GC keys online service will be unavailable from 11:30 p.m. Monday, October 5 2020 to 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 6 2020 Eastern time .
In the past we found many updates were done during this system MTC.
Also usually it is on Tuesdays but amazingly it is on Monday now. Let's wait and see

They are working on March 2020 applicants from August 15,2020 till now. So just imagine how long it might take to get to July applicants.

That may be true but I would say they were barely moving until late September so it "doesn't" count. Since they made the announcement I have seen a lot of updates, in the tracker and some facebook groups.
They say 6000 decisions per month so I'm hoping they get to April before the end of October.
