Nope. I am also waiting for my wife's sponsorship approval since July 2020. The strangest thing is that many people I know who applied after us have already got their PR and are in Canada.
Anyways, here's what our Timeline looks like -
7 July 2020 - Application submitted
22 Jan 2021 - Application received
26 Jan 2021 - Medical Test requested
13 Feb 2021 - Medical Test passed
20 Feb 2021 - Sponsor Eligibility Approved
26 March 2021 - Prearrival message received
22 April 2021 - File in Beijing VO
3 Sep 2021 - No more updates on file, responding to priority enquiries only
7 Sept 2021 - GCMS notes requested (awaiting response)

I submit an additional document on September 03, 2021 and after that, I contacted MP twice and every time she told me to wait and I try calling cic every day, and the queue is full. also raised webform 2 months ago, no reply to that either.

Got my wife's PPR today from New Delhi VO.
Hopefully the process will conclude soon.

I sent additional document on September 03. got confirmation that document has received on September 20 AND again on October 05 by member of parliament and today asked by MP about processing then reply was immigration ahs not received any document yet and told to be provided again. very frustrating.
