Citizenship test invitation: 14OCT2021
Citizenship test successfully completed 07NOV2021 (virtual)
Language, Physical, and Prohibitions are still In Progress.
I didn't receive an email with the invitation to take the test so it was pure luck that my husband asked me what stage my application was at and I went in to check. Imagine my surprise last week at finding an invitation to take the test and with a last deadline of 09NOV2021.
I had same situation.
I'm glad I was checking almost everyday.
I was able to give test without link as online system allowed to login and proceed ahead.
I think they might have technical issues, and it could be one of the reasons for slow processing.
Wish you all the best!
Hello everyone,
I took my oath of citizenship today , and finally my journey is over .
We were around 115 participants.
It was a great feeling , hope that all of you won’t be waiting too long before u experience it ☺.

Waiting on the email with instructions. But I am pretty sure the test could be taken without a stupid email.
Location: Calgary, AB
Application Received: July 12, 2020
BG completed: Jul 15, 2021
Citizenship test In Progress: Nov 10, 2021
Test window: Nov 15 - Dec 6, 2021
I took the oath. I am a proud Canadian now. The feeling is amazing and I have no words to describe it.
I was in a shock to see people in the ceremony who were in hoodies and in pajamas despite all the instructions given in the invitation. They were so disrespectful. It is sad to see that people who doesn’t respect Canada are becoming citizen.
Judge did say a few words about Remembrance Day and said at least we all should wear a Poppy to honour those. I didn’t see any candidate wearing a Poppy except me in the ceremony.
It’s November 11th today. Please wear a Poppy and donate everyone.
I wish good luck to everyone here who are still waiting. I hope you all become a proud and respectful Canadian soon.

I got my test done on Oct 13. The status of everything is in progress except background and test which is 'completed'.
Yesterday, for some reason IRCC changed the background status to 'in progress' and then to 'completed' back again.
Does anyone know what is going on? So, they can reverse a status from 'completed' to 'in progress.
@CaBeaver We cannot just blame IRCC. There are some people to blame as well. They have wasted seats for others who are serious about their citizenship.

That's true, but I am certain that IRCC had previous knowledge of their absence (I don't think these empty seats were for people who decided not to show up), and could have filled these seats with others who have been waiting for the oath for months.
