Test passed Oct 4th, everything is complete and DM Oct 14th. Husband Test passed Oct 7th, all is complete and DM Oct 18th

Yes we are. My passport documents were not requested but I sent copies of my expired and current passport with the application.

Also, with the announcement of the border reopening I've sent the application to renew my PR card as it expired in January. Let's see what gets completed first.

I sent in my PR renewal application in early August. No response yet. I’m getting worried that even that might take many months to get!

please advise how’s the auth invitation letter looks alike? Is it come from CP8616 Ottawa? My every process is completed and waiting for oath in Jan 2022

They lost our application sent on July 06 and received on July 10, 2020. We are advised to reapply for it. This is so frustrating and irresponsible on IRRC side.

Very sorry to hear that mate. On a brighter note - you would now have couple of positive things going for you:
1) You can immediately apply - with the option to do so online!!!
2) Expect a much much faster progress on your app, since you would be a 2021 applicant. For starters - IRCC is currently sending test invites to April 2021 applicants (while there is a major Covid + Afghan crisis applicable for 2019-2020 applicants)

I have the exact timeline. Sent it on 1st Aug and zero update since. It seems they are processing the renewal applications around the 5 month mark. So I won't even be checking ECAS for any updates before the New Year.
