My apologies it's not cbsa it's csis notes. Yes those are different. When requesting csis you have to provide details like your citizenship app number and dob etc.
Hello, So once you have completed the test what exactly happens after? There was no email confirmation after completion and there has been no change to the status tracker. How do you know if your test registered?
Also, once test is complete, what should you be waiting for now and how long until this next step happens?

@AKS@1987 and @ktmktm have you guys received oath letter yet? I see in the spreadsheet your oath date is one week before mine(yours 24th Aug and mine 31st Aug). I am yet to receive the oath letter. Let me know. TIA.

Approximately 1 week after the test your dashboard should be updated to complete for the test and the other ones like prohibitions and travel history will change to in progress (this depends on the agent as sometimes these may already be in progress). You should have received an email saying you've passed the test. The agent is checking the video to make sure everything is legitimate before updating your profile. Depending on your local office it could be 3-5 months until you get the oath ceremony which will be a decision made/complete on all the checks in 2-3 months and then the ceremony date 1-2 months after. If your dashboard hasn't been updated with the test after 2-3 weeks, I'd call.

I didn't get an email saying I passed. I logged into my account and saw that the test section had been changed to Completed and that was 3 days after the test

Ok, so perhaps it just a case by case basis. Maybe some people get the email and some just have their status automatically change.
I did however to submit all pages from all passports to accompany the test. Just a heads up for those waiting, you can get these documents scanned from now.

I got an email after the test saying I had passed but it was not connected to my profile being updated. That happened about a week later. It just varies by agent and by office location. Give it a couple of weeks and then if nothing happens reach out. I'm sure it'll be updated soon!
