I've just had my status of "Prohibitions" and "Physical presence" updated to completed.
My Language skills are "In Progress" with my Citizenship test showing "Not started" which is strange as I am exempt both because of my age.
At least there is some movement at long last.
That's "Decision Made'. If you check ECAS, it is likely you'll see "Decision Made".
Don't worry about the test status, it will either be set to "Waived" or "Completed" soon. Even if the status doesn't change for your test, it really doesn't matter because as it currently stands, your application has very likely been approved.

You should wait for the email and you will certainly get it. It has all the important instructions that you need. If you dont get the email closer to the date I suggest calling them

You should be fine. The email doesn't contain any further information (other than the rescheduling information). Everything you need to know about the test is right here.
Depends. There are no solid timeframes or patters here. I keep saying 3 - 5 months from Test -> Oath. So, if you already have DM, then probably you might have to wait a couple of more months.
