Question: Because of some personal reason that I have to withdraw my Canadian citizenship application, but not sure what's the best approach. I read the website saying I have to send them a letter to formally withdraw.

Currently i am outside of Canada hiw long i coud be outside..... i have submit app on 27th Jul.. app in process on 26th Jan 2021. i understand i cant write citizenship exam outside of the canada. Some one mentioning about keeping pr status.. can you clarify about that..

I was granted pr Mar 2018
My Pr expire in Apr 2023

Any things i should keep note of it ? Any things in this matter will be great

Being abroad is not an issue right now. Coming back could be pricy. Canada's government implementet a new rule that all people who come to Canada should take covid test at airport and quarantine till they get negative results at the hotel they assign. It costs about $2000 and will be covered by traveller
