There is no chance of application being returned as incomplete after IP. The chance actually becomes 0 right after you get AOR.

Far from it. Currently, mid-late November 2019 applicants are getting test invites. It will be a while before a sizable number of 2020 applicants start getting invites. I speculate that Jan 2020 applicants should start seeing test invitations from March.

Hello everyone,

My husband received an AOR email today Jan 28th, 2021. We sent our applications July 28th, and our applications were received on July 30, 2020.
Our Ecas status is still "Received" for both applications, I haven't received any AOR.
I just noticed that his application number is smaller than mine. Maybe that's why I haven't received an AOR!

Something like that. However, if IRCC starts issuing bulk test invites, then it could happen a bit sooner.

Hey @anton1990 , Looks like you misunderstood my question. I didn't specify the month applied as this forum is for us July 2020 applicants.

As you know We July 2020 applicants have this big bug of "Application received" saga and not getting AOR by email or Post. Hope you remember my posts in early Jan.

What i mean to say was Any July 2020 applicants in Montreal who got the "application received" status since Jan 01, 2021 have received the AOR communication by email or post.

Hope this is much clear

My husband received his AOR yesterday by email; however, we are not in Monreal.
