I also downloaded app Citizenship Test on my phone. there is a free version with 13 tests and $5.99 for 23 tests. i had extra google play credit so i payed $5.99 ( got that credit free anyways from google surveys).

i have a list of sites for practice on the other laptop. i will upload

In AOR they have mentioned, if you receive this letter by regular mail a print version of study guide is enclosed.
For those receiving emails they recommend online versions.
I ordered the book, waiting for delivery.

There is nothing that can be done beside waiting. Many people are still waiting even though August/Sept applications are getting AORs, there are people from June that still haven't received AORs.

Submitted a Web form, got an answer in 14 days saying that my app is not in the system. Duh! Like I didn't know about it already.
