Quick question for ones who have recently sent out their applications. Did you use Fedex/UPS? Any recommendation for the best one to use? Also is CIC signing for the package or because of COVID no signatures are provided?

Fedex... Fedex people are verbally asking the front door person name and writing it down.

I sent mine in June 2020 via FedEx overnight, I was surprised that my application was received and signed by someone named D.Macdonald.
FedEx told me, the signature option was not available because of COVID 19 but it was signed.

Fedex guy told me they are asking name of the receiver and noting it down.

I sent through canada post - slower but safer. You send fedex/ups to address to address. While canada post goes to po box. Address can be closed, postal office is not
