So what was the reason for return then?

He submitted diploma / degree from his country. Many people are mistaken to what CIC says regarding language requirements. Diploma from England is different from Diploma from Poland (even if you took classes in English language).

On the top of this, they will accept only certain universities / colleges

Hi all. My application was returned today. Missed ticking the boxes on question 12 section B. Required to file/did file in the last five years. Luckily I’m in no rush but good for you guys to know that they are opening July’s.

Also, the second app included for my child was complete and ok.

I didn’t tick any of them or fill out the years *facepalm*. I think when I selected the option for CRA to share the info that that would cover it. Oh well. I’ve already sent it back off with the letter still attached to the app. Sorry I couldn’t be much more help.

Did you return your application with new Physical Presence Calculator , with current date signed or just updated the tick marks and sent it back??

You need to return it with new photos and physical calculator AFAIK

Yes because your photos are almost about to expire so you need that. And the physical calculator date should be recent as well AFAIK.
