Based on the trend, I think your in process should be 02/19/2021. reply to this thread if I am wrong and I need to change it.

I also might change province. You only change adress online , or you also call them to make sure that they transfer your application to the office in different province?

I don't know, am I suppose to call them?

I just updated my address on the webpage and that was it.

Once you updated your address online then that’s it. No need to call them.

Has anybody been able to successfully change the mailing address online? I submitted the change more than 3 weeks ago and noticed that the mailing address got deleted and only shows home address. I tried to update again but still the same. Is this normal? Should I call or keep waiting?

Yes the same thing happened to me. Should be normal as they will only show one address if both are the same

You might had selected the tab where is asks” mailing address is same as home address” i also changed couple of time it shows only one address ( home address) so imo nothing to worry about!

Yup i changed adress and selected "same mail and home adress" and also only have 1 adress, so thats normal.

Beside, they only contacting via email anyway I think the only thing that they will send you physically to your adress is citizenship certificat after oath ceremony.
