When will Application received status candidate will get AOR ?

I believe "Application Received" with application number (you obtained over the phone with CIC) equals to AOR. Again i might be wrong. All returned applications did not receive Application # or status received.

Another point is that ecas is very old system. I was a bit surprised that for PR they use MyCIC, but for citizenship they use ecas
