This means they have not entered your information into the system. There are different views on this but I believe it could mean, (i) either your package has not been opened, or (ii) your information/docs are being initially reviewed for completeness/errors before entering to the system.

When was your package delivered?
Mine was delivered July 15th and I have not received AOR. The Ecas also doesn't show anything.

Application Delivered july 13th
Checked status yesterday and it showed application received july 13th but the mailing address was the one used during PR
No AOR
Spoke to CIC
They gave application number and also updated by address
They told nothing is being sent to mail due to covid and for anything we should receive an email

From the messages on the group it seems mid-july applications are getting status update. Hopefully, all July applications will receive their AOR or status update soon. Hang in there.

My wife’s application was delivered July 27 and until now nothing is showing up on Ecas.
Hopfully all July applications receive updates this month.

Hi all, my ecas changed to “In Process” yesterday (Jan 4, 2021). Things seem to be moving now. Hopefully won‘t have to wait too long for the test in the new year.
My application was delivered on July 6 and I received AOR on Nov 3.

I believe i did express post..and i only check canada post website..it was deliver sydney nova scotia...
They received my app on 27th Jul 2020..No Aor No Ecas...

It seems that there is some movement for middle july..and hopefully we receive some by end of Jan 2021..

Thanks, @Canadiann2020, I did the same as you and got the AOR numbers after calling the IRCC call center. They told me that communication will be sent out to us soon. So, i have the AOR numbers of all 4 of us. I was also ale to track the details with
