Well I think that happened in few cases. Don’t remember which month .congrats your file moving forward.

Hello if any one can answer me. while few from late july still waiting their Aors including me. what are the things cic check in forms to send aor1. is that eligibility of sponsor is too been checked before sending aor1. or just the forms and checklist. if no then what it makes delay for the few applicants are getting very early aor in just 32-55 days while few of us did not get yet even 73 days passed. so shortly what they evaluate or what makes delay for aor1. in my own opinion. those who got aor very early are now getting delay for sponsorship approval while those who got late for their aor may get sponsorship approval early. I might wrong on it. please have comment on it based on your experiences. specially those who got aor1. ANY COMMENTS PLS

Where is your VO office, and can you share your timeline please

I didn’t get any email on VO or sponsorship approval. In ECAS it shows Decision Made under Sponsorship application.
Application Received: July 29th
AOR: October 4th
Biometric: October 7th
Medicals: October 8th

And enquire about the wife’s application?

yes, you can call and ask about your spousal application. keep ready your uci number with you. your address, email address, date of birth to verify your identity. that's all you need before making a phone call.

My file has been sent early July. I haven’t received first letter or AOR yet. Should I tell my lawyer to call cic? Or wait a few more weeks.

Same here, since a month I'm waiting for Medical or Bio. Application received 18th July amd AOR: 13th september. Nothing since then

I know. It's really weird since some people from August have already got their bio and medical. Mine was recieved july 2 and aor on Aug 20 and nothing since than.

Just my thoughts...I guess they are checking everything in the application and also the supporting documents that we provided. Did you remember updating anything in the barcoded application? Every time when we update and validate the form we have to printout the whole application again as the reference number at the bottom of the application changes. If not the case officer dealing with your application should have gone for vacation. I don’t see any other reasons why you didn’t get your aor till now. Others pls share your experiences.

Got my Sponsorship approval email just now.

Application Received: July 29th
AOR: 4th October
Biometric: 7th October
Medicals: 8th October
SA: 9th October

I really wonder what happened to us late July applicants! This is ouime line.
App submitted : July 26tb
App received : July 29th
AOR received : Aug 28th
Nothing after that.
Some applications in Aug have already received Bio and Med requests!

So we including Aillyn03 are on same boat. I have applied for my wife and daughter.

What about you? only spouse or kids as well?? i am asking to see if people applied for spouse and kids are getting delayed only?

Just to add: Newly married, sponsoring my spouse from India and no child.
