Yes same issue..July 10th applicant. I think it depends on how the the principal applicant visa office works! In my case my visa office will request medical in December( 5 months from application received) ..it’s a waiting game so we just have to be patient and hope for the best.

My file has been sent early July. I haven’t received first letter or AOR yet. Should I tell my lawyer to call cic? Or wait a few more weeks.

Yeah, he’s in Canada. He said it takes 3-4 months.

Same here, Its normal.

Yea same here , someone told me that there will be no updates for the next couple of months and that's when they will ask for medical and give Pre arrival letter

Who ever has : FILE TRANSFERRED TO VO OFFICE , don't freak out if you don't hear anything for at least next three months, I've had four people that were in the same situation and they all said they did not hear from the vo office for at least 3 months after that they got everything and arrived to Canada within a few weeks

Yeah, he’s in Canada. He said it takes 3-4 months.

You call the CIC directly and ask if there is any temporary file number. If they give you a temporary file number then you are goos and you will receive your aor in sometime.

ok. you are still on safe side. as mine was july 29. any ways. I am surprize on one thing that something messed up with applications between 25 july to 12 august. because after 13 august applicants all got aor very fast.

I think you should wait another day or two then you can call them since there are 4 other persons who haven’t Got AOR1 for July 29 as per online tracker. Stay hopeful.
