Are you sure about that my friend? Cause based on Guide 5525 the photos you include as part of your application package will be used to create your Permanent Resident Card.

But anyway, there’s no harm in bringing another two pcs of photos for the Landing Interview. Did you already have your landing interview?

I applied family sponsorship class on Jul 10 2019, CIC received on Jul 15 2019. AOR on Aug 23 2019. Medical Passed on Dec 31 2019. Background check states :"We are processing..."

Untill now, no update so far from CIC. I am wondering if anyone has same cases and same timelines with me. Please shared your idea.

I had my landing interview this week and they informed me the photos I handed in on that day will be used on the PR card, not the ones I submitted in the application.

Why don't you give them a call? They might still be waiting for your background check to be complete!

It depends honestly.. it could take up to a month. The invitation will come via email to PA

Mine was received July 25th, medical passed on Dec 7. Background check is still being processed, no spousal approval yet. No updates since the medical
