So I got my package back today, the landlord gave to us but it was opened already. Are they really sending back like that or I should suspect that the owner opened it?

Anyway guys.. The highlighted reason of sending back is the Schedule A that I didn't sign by hand as what I expected.. But there's another one that it says " the most recent notice of Assessment (NOA) which must include the line 150 (Total income) for the sponsor. We're confused. Which one is that? And where to get it? Thank you guys.

You shall ask your landlord not to open your mail anymore. It's illegible to open others' mail without permission.

Your sponsor shall claim tax before April. After s/he did it, s/he would get a "Notice of Assessment" from CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) . That's it.

They’ll then be able to find their Notice Of Assessment for the most recent tax year there. Just print the entire Notice Of Assessment document and include it when you re-send your application.

Yea.. I'm resubmitting tomorrow and I'll be on october applicant now.. :'( Do I need to change the dates of my forms to october now?or it's fine to re-submit that it's still on July dates?

Yea.. we were shocked that it was opened already. So we have to find out first if it's the post office fault or it's really the owner.. We'll file a damage complain.

The recent tax is from 2018.. There's no 2019 yet, is that okay?

After my sponsor logged in, we found the "proof of income statement (option c)" page and it only shows "2016,2017,2018". So we chose 2018 as the most recent year and printed out those pages it gave us. On there, it shows line 150.

Yea.. I'm resubmitting tomorrow and I'll be on october applicant now.. :'( Do I need to change the dates of my forms to october now?or it's fine to re-submit that it's still on July dates?

Just curious, did you receive an AOR at all before they sent your application back to you?

Also when did you originally send application?

Hey all my work permit was approved and mailed out.
Time Line
Application Recieved- July 15th
AOR-August 22nd
Work Permit Approved- October 4th.

No I didnt receive AOR yet. I sent July 27th and received July 31st

The woman got mad when I asked her that she told me to stop and explained to me that OTTAWA OSC helps them when they have too many cases. It's just the luck or lack thereof. I'm stuck with only one week for the 4 months and still no OWP.

Sorry to hear this happened. I believe a few weeks ago, some people have called IRCC and they were given an estimation that they will receive OWP approval in November, so it's possible you may get yours around that time. Don't fret!
