Update:
My status has changed to 'Decision Made' as of yesterday (Dec 16), but have yet to receive email or letter to let me know which decision that is!

I received AOR on SEP 11, how can i link my application or see the status of application progress?

Use ecas: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do You'll have all the information you'll need to log in on your AOR.

is original Landing paper a must?

There are signs up in the exam centre listing them as items you need to bring, but I did not get asked for landing papers in my interview. Just my passport, two forms of ID, my test invite letter, and a form they will give you to fill out in the test centre on the day.
