Did any July19 submission got "IN-Process" status... Excel Tracker doesn't show any.

July 19th applications are still waiting for AOR then how it is possible they go to "In Process" step?

There are some who got AOR 6/7 sept.

Please read our conversation once again. I didn't get your point.
You said there are 19th of July applications got AOR on 6/7 September and you are telling me they are on 2019 Citizenship tracker. But I can't see those records. What I can see is only one 12th of July who got AOR by now.

Well i didn't mean 19th July i meant July19 i.e. July 2019

Only 14 AOR came out last week and it wasn't a good result at all because we have almost 110 applications in July sheet (eliminate empty delivered date) and if we expect all of them get AOR within a month (to keep current 65 to 70 days waiting time) then we have to get at least 25 AOR each week.(110 / 22(working days of a month) * 5(working days of a week) = 25)
Lets see this week how many we will have?!
