hi every one,
please i need your help and advise.

i have applied for the spouse sponsor (outside Canada), i am currently living in UAE, and want to move back to Canada, my wife is Jordanian .

Application sent: July 21th
Application arrived: July 25th
AOR: Waiting

its been now more than 3 month since i applied, till now i did not receive anything.please advise me what should i do.

just keep waiting. I knw its easier said than done but u just have to be patient

I know it is frustrating . . . I am a Canadian citizen too, sponsoring my husband from England, and we are both living in England now. Application also received on July 19th and have not received anything yet. . . there is another member here who is also in a very similar situation, also July 19th, and also has not heard anything. So there are a few of us in the same boat waiting together. So I hope at least knowing you are not the only July 19th outland application who hasn't heard anything yet helps a little . . .

I feel a little better now...but still worried. Really want to move back to Canada with my husband...my whole family is there waiting for us...

good morning.nothing is wrong it is simple a waiting game. Patience is needed. Alot of July aps didnt start getting AOR's until mid Oct.

If u go back to like page 82,83 and read to where we at now you will see that alot of applicants still didnt get AOR and who got it took like almost 3 months some 3.5.

Our medical exam passed, and got the e-mail that our application is in Missisauaga [however every e-mail we've gotten has been from Mississauaga, and that is where we sent it too so I don't even know if ours got moved at all]

Application Received : July 5th
AOR1: September 29th
Medical Request: October 3rd
Medical Exam Done: October 10th
Medical Passed: October 24th
E-mail about Missisauaga: October 26th

What is left in our process? Background and then Passport Request/PR???
How long does PR status usually take from this point?

Congrats to those July 9th who got your AORs.

Looks like I'm the only July 9th left who is still getting silent treatment.

Just sent them a letter by mail expressing my concern. Not sure what's going on there, thought our case was supposed to be very simple...

Hang in there, it will come very soon. Fingers crossed.

ECA shows DM for Sponorship Application :
"We sent you correspondence on October 12, 2018 about the decision on your application"
No confirmation letter regarding SA DM via mail or regular post till this day. Any one with this same issue
