My application has surpassed 7 months 10 days now and the agent said the eligibility is under review required, criminality in progress and security is not started! How can they leave an application untouched for so long, I am really gutted and frustrated. I have ordered for GCMS notes and is due in 1-2 weeks.
@tobs - Need your guidance here. My WP expires on July 26th 2019 and from your experience, do you think IRCC will make decisions and finalize my application by then? They haven't asked for any ADR as well...

She is also a July applicant and it’s her second attempt. She was working legally prior to getting denied PR the first time. She applied for a BWOP but that got denied when the PR did so she had to stop working. Then she reapplied and have been waiting 7.5 months.

Just spoke to an agent.. Aor: July 20. Eligibility recommended pass, criminality done, security check not yet started. But she was saying that by March 23 my application should be completed. That's what's mentioned on my file...anyone received similar reply??? Is this date fixed by them? She says it means security check shud finish by March 23.

Don't worry 20 days ago I called agent and he said call us around mid of April. Aor is 3rd July .. Looks like bunch of ppr are planning to send during March and April .

If you applied for GCMS note, you would get the same info. After an officer touches your file, s/he identifies a deadline for the next step. An agent in the call centre has access to GCMS notes, and can read the date.
Since you already passed the eligibility and the criminality, the next task on your file would be security check.
I am also in the same boat as you. 7 months, IP1, no updates, called IRCC twice. Every time, they say my file is in review. Is your AOR : 31st July,2018?

When a PR application with more than 1 Dependent gets approved and the PA receives a PPR. Can the PA submit other Dependents' passport alongside with his? Or do other Dependents have to appear at the VFS office with the PA to submit their passports?
Ya didn’t see anything unusual I don’t think. Just review required and in the analyst notes it said eligibility appears met, criminality recommended pass security not started and medical expired.
Guys I received update on my PR application. It says "application has been approved".
But, at the bottom there is Document Section with 2 rows of Counterfoil details (both different document number), first one says "your document is invalid", second one says "your document is valid".
